Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled with 30+ days from the check in date will receive a full refund minus a $20 administrative fee for processing the original reservation and cancellation.

Reservations cancelled between 30 days and 7 days of check in date will receive 50% refund. 

Reservations cancelled within 7 days of check in date will not be refunded.

GROUP rate cancellations: reservations cancelled with 30+ days from the check in date will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee for processing the original reservation and cancellation. Group reservations cancelled between 30 days and 7 days of check in date will receive a 50% refund. Group reservations cancelled within 7 days of check in date will not be refunded.
